Ordering Questions
Follow the instructions in the video to create an account and to find your show.
While it’s easier to order online there are circumstances where the tried and true PDF is the answer.
Login into Boomer, go to your show, click the “Search” drop down button and you’ll see “Forms,” click on that, then “Search.”
You’ll see the PDF forms for the show. When you click on the form you want it will be downloaded to your computer.

Plant/Floral
Yes, they are rental items and will be picked up at the close of the show. There may be additional charges for missing items.
Yes, we can. Send an email to info@expoease.com. Please include a detailed description, pictures, quantities and budget and we’ll create a quote for you.
Pre-orders and show site orders before the day the show opens are free.
Day of open is $20.00.
Special items, like really big trees, may incur a drayage charge to get it to your booth.
Plants are delivered two days before the show opens.
Floral arrangements are delivered the day before to the morning open.
We can deliver trees up 20’ tall. Depending on what the tree is planted in, additional charges my apply such as drayage.
Photography/Video
We post them on our website where you can view, share, and download the images.
We can also arrange to send them to via Dropbox. Or if it is a large quantity of images we can transfer to you at the event with a jump drive.
For empty booth shots, we shoot early the second and third morning of the show. This is to ensure the booth is clean and service people and attendees aren’t in the shot.
You may schedule an appointment if you wish to meet the photographer. Please give the photographer a time window because they are really busy!
